Our three tips for getting a good start to your day, kicking ass and being kind:
1. Start the day off with a cup of green tea. Not only is it full of great antioxidants, but it has less caffeine in it than coffee, meaning you won't get that mid morning withdrawal feeling!
2. The key to kicking ass is keeping your body strong! We really like pilates, and in particular the great site Blogilates! Cassey Ho has a great range of videos that you can do at home.
3. Did you know that there is a day dedicated to being kind? Each year on the 13th November you are encouraged to perform one of these acts of kindness. Who says they need to be limited to one day though? We say repeat!
