Throughout history, roses have been used not only for their aesthetic beauty, but for their health benefits.
A couple of rosey ideas...
1. Chop up whole rose hips and pop them in a hot bath.
2. Add honey and wrap in cheese cloth, strain with boiling water in your favourite cup and enjoy the herbal infusion.
3. Add some rose oil to almond oil or another carrier oil and use to massage into the skin.
